Prices for the House are weekly, and include bedding,towels. *Cleaning at termination of the rental period, and Tourist Tax.
For winter lets, an additional charge is made for wood. Wood is charged at cost price per cubic metre, presently Euro 55.00.
* Cleaning - if the property is left in a reasonable condition. An additional charge will be applied if it requires more than the usual attention.

Long term rentals for Autumn/Winter/Spring priced at Euro 200.00 per week. This does not include charges for Electricity/Gas/Water/Telephone/Internet Access etc. You would be responsible for these charges, and payable monthly by you, to us. It is essential that you take out insurance to cover all risks against damage you may cause to fixtures, fittings and furniture.
